Lonnie Walker

Originally a one-man band, Lonnie Walker evolved from the solo spirit of Brian Corum into a collection of friends bound by shared passion for music and visual art. After years of honing their sound at house shows and DIY spaces in Greenville, NC, and a move to Raleigh, Lonnie Walker garnered local support immediately. Through the additions of Eric Hill, Raymond Finn, and Mike Robinson, Lonnie Walker’s music has evolved into their own blend of rootsy Americana and dance-party punk-rock steadily gaining momentum outside their home state.

The Pinkerton Raid

The Pinkerton Raid makes ebullient, dynamic indie pop. Their live shows can feature anywhere from six to 10 musicians. They’ve played festivals and music series across the Eastern and Midwest US and have shared stages with David Wimbish & The Collection, Lowland Hum, Noah Gunderson, Denison Witmer and The Soil & The Sun. Their self-titled debut and follow-up A Beautiful World won critical acclaim.

Ellis Dyson & The Shambles

Ellis Dyson & the Shambles are a six-piece, swingin’ jazz band from Chapel Hill known for their whiskey-soaked, foot-stompin’ sound and wildly explosive live shows. Their old-time front porch vibe takes traditional music to the next level with masterful musicianship and showmanship. Bursting with exuberance and effortless expertise this playfully hootin’ and hollerin’ act is guaranteed to bring the ruckus.

Counterclockwise String Band

Bridging the traditional and the progressive, Counterclockwise String Band puts forth a style of bluegrass that is both compellingly new and refreshingly familiar. Energetic, creative and genuine, the central-North Carolina five-piece has quickly become a local favorite, molding unique interpretations of time-tested songs and long forgotten melodies while never forgetting the musical traditions of ages past.

Chaquis Maliq

EccentroSoul 1 Woman Band, Chaquis Maliq (Sha-Kees Mah-Leek), delivers the sound of  Eccentric Tasteful Grooves and Honey Soul to her listeners. ArtsQuest calls her “Beauty, Brains, and Power of Soul”, while NPR Music gracefully refers to Maliq as “Soulful, slightly Prince-Like”. By way of Charleston, Maliq's 1 Woman Band compliments her cozy expansive sound by giving the audience a full band experience you’ll never forget.

Tea Cup Gin

The members of Tea Cup Gin share a passion for crafting original indie-jazz cocktails under the influence of an eclectic blend  of early 20th century musical genres (like deco era vocal jazz, tin pan classics, ragtime & delta blues, torch, chanson, cabaret, bossa, tango, & show tunes). The band stirs together unique melodies and lyrics, served up on two blazing acoustic guitars, with impassioned vocals, dynamic upright bass & percussion, and occasional guests on trombone, trumpet, violin, sax, & more.
